How to Submit Your Ride to Off-Road Magazine!Our readers are very important to the life of this magazine. The Off-Road Rides page has always been the place where you can brag to your friends about how cool it is that your off-road ride is in this magazine. We want to share more about our readers and what they drive and change up the way this page works from now on. Instead of including a couple of photos and a rundown of the modifications done to your vehicle, we would like to share a little more background about you as well. Here are a few key ingredients we would like to see in order to get this page off to a new start:

E-mail or submit high-resolution photographs of your vehicle in action or of your project. You do not need to submit a dozen images, one to three will do. We prefer images from a 5-megapixel camera or better. Send us the complete fullsize image straight out of the camera so it can produce a quality shot in the magazine.

Include a vehicle description and modification list. Also include any future modifications you are planning.

Our readers want to know who is behind the wheel as well. Send in a paragraph or two talking about some of your recent off-road adventures, the project you are working on, or just something you love about the dirt.

Below is a great example of how this page is going to look from today forward. We are always looking for submissions, so please don't be shy. You don't need to have a fully caged race truck to be on this page, you just need to be into the dirt like we are.

Before And AfterBen Brazda did what even most 4x4 enthusiasts would think is just too much work. He wanted a powerful fullsize truck without the huge sticker typically associated with it. At the age of 19, he spent $6,000 and purchased a '99 Ford F-250 Super Duty truck off eBay. The truck had been rolled and was considered totaled by any reliable insurance company. After the truck was back home, he proceeded to spend the next several months tearing the it down to the frame. Five-thousand dollars later, he found a replacement cabin for his new project and transplanted it onto the frame of the Super Duty. His bill was up to $11,000 by this time, which was cheap when you consider a new one could set you back in the neighborhood of $40,000.

Ben writes: "This truck is now my daily driver. I haul lumber, concrete, trash, scrap metal, and furniture at least once a week. Between all that, I still try and find time to take it on some local trails. I couldn't have even dreamed of owning this truck without the help of my family and friends."

As you can see, the truck has come a long way and is still being improved upon. Ben is going to send us more updated pictures along his project's journey. With talks of another project along the way, we wonder what he will take on next.
